The Aching

After over coming the hurdle of making it to the gym, I have now encountered the consequence, my body feels like I have been through the grinder and actions which were subconscious yesterday require immense personal effort today (It took me 5 minutes to put on my shoes). I suppose that this pain is preferable because I know it’s source I inflicted this pain on myself due to my efforts to improve. I’ll keep telling myself that.
