Gym day two

Gym Day 2

After not going to the gym for almost 2 years today is day 2 of my new regime, I plan to go at least 3 times a week and at the same time do things at home to supplement my work outs. I’m trying to concentrate on cardio as my general fitness has completely fallen apart, hopefully I should reach a more acceptable level (not getting tired after 5 minutes on the rowing machine) in a few weeks so I can actually start working on improving my core strength and flexibility.
